Brunch begins with our traditional welcome champagne
a) Mary’s Natural Chicken with Wild Mushrooms au Jus, fingerling potatoes, baby kale and garlic aioli
b) Corn Polenta with Roasted Wild Mushrooms and Fennel, Tomato and Roasted Red Pepper Sauce (vegan and gluten free)
