Architect Frank Gehry has been engaged to design a new production for the Berlin Staatsoper. The Staatsoper opened its 2015-2016 season with Die Meistersinger von Nürnberg. Gehry is noted for the Disney Hall in Los Angeles and locally for the Concord Pavillion
