Tanglewood Festival (Lenox, MA) Mahler Symphony 8 on August 8 , Boston Symphony with Kristine Opoalis August 15
Union Avenue Opera (St. Louis, MO) Götterdämmerung (abreviated version) August 21, 22, 28 and 28
Santa Fe Opera Salome starring Alex Penda and Ryan McKinney July 18, 22, 31 Aug 6, 11, 18, 27 (and a world premiere of Cold Mountain by composer Jennifer Higdon – August 1, 5, 14, 17, 22)
Lincoln Center Festival (New York) Opera in Concert Strauss’ Daphne led by Franz Welser-Möst with an outstanding cast including Andreas Schager, Norbert Ernst, Nancy Maultsby and Ain Anger July 15 and 18. There will also be a performance in Cincinnati
Opera Theater Summerfest Pittsburgh, PA will present Strauss’ Capriccio on July 25, 31 and August 2
Astoria Music Festival Astoria, OR presents Act II of Beethoven’s Fidelio (Emily Pulley and Allan Glassman) paired with the Triple Concerto on June 21
